Pizza carbonara
Instructions
Unroll pizza dough, arrange, leaving her lying on paper that wraps up, on a baking plate and spread on the surface of grated cheese.
Beat the egg with the cream and add salt and pepper and spread the mixture, spoon on cheese.
Cut the bacon into strips and sauté in a pan with no seasoning, then spread it on pizza.
Bake in oven already warm to 240°, for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
