Microwave cauliflower
Instructions
Clean cauliflower and use flowers, place them in a baking dish for microwave, spread in a single layer.
Cover them with cheese slices, sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the sauce, put the lid on the dish or spread a thin layer of plastic wrap.
Cook for 20 minutes.

- Bechamel
