3_10137 FLATBREAD with ZUCCHINI and SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of ready-made pizza dough, 200 g of mortadella, sliced Zucchini, 2 a sprig of basil, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste wash and check the zucchini, cut into thin slices with a mandolin. Put them in a tray, drizzle with olive oil and aromatizzatele with the chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper and let them marinate for 15 minutes. Unroll pizza dough, roll out the dough with your hands to make it thin and lined with a baking sheet. Arrange Zucchini pasta, drizzle with the liquid of maceration and bake at 200° in the oven already warm for about 15 minutes. Completed at the end of cooking the focaccia with mortadella slices, and serve.
