Cauliflower with gorgonzola
Instructions
Peel and cut the cauliflower florets, wash and boil for 15 minutes in boiling salted water where you loose even a teaspoon of flour.
Drain pretty al dente and arrange the florets in a concave dish.
In Blender jug together the gorgonzola into small pieces, half a glass of milk, a knob of butter previously softened, half a small glass of brandy, adjust salt and pepper.
Blend until obtaining a homogeneous compound.
Pour the cream over the cauliflower, sprinkle a tablespoon of cumin seeds and serve immediately.

- 1 cauliflower from 1000 g
- 250 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 shot of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
