Three cheese cauliflower
Instructions
Peel and wash the cauliflower, split it into florets and lessatelo quite al dente in salted water or better yet to avoid discards, steamed.
Drain, spread in a buttered baking dish, insaporitelo with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
In a small bowl mix the two cheeses grated, tie it up with the butter did melt aside, add the fresh cheese that has working energetically the sauce with a wooden spoon to obtain a creamy mixture that then shall pour the cauliflower.
Sprinkle the preparation of very fine breadcrumbs.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes to grill.
Serve immediately while the cheese is still melting.

- 1 cauliflower
- 100 g of grated cheese lindenberger
- 50 g of grated fontina cheese
- 1 one cool philadelphia type
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
