Cauliflower with mushrooms
Instructions
Steam Cook the cauliflower and remove from heat nicely al dente.
Please find the mushrooms in warm water.
Prepare a sauce making Brown the mushrooms in butter and oil, and adding the tomatoes.
Cut the cauliflower into slices, cover with half ham, half and half Parmesan cheese sauce.
Make another layer of cauliflower and continue as before.
Bake at 170 degrees.

- 1500 g of cauliflower
- 100 g of fresh mushrooms
- 150 g of parmigiano
- 150 g of ham
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- 40 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
