Cavatelli with tanecocozze
Instructions
Clean the zucchini plants by depriving them of filaments and cut them into large pieces; wash them, boil them al dente in boiling salted water, drain.
Prepare a sauce with garlic, olive oil, chilli tomato skinned and cut into pieces.
Boil the pasta in water cooking vegetables, drain and add the vegetables.
Drizzle with sauce, stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta handmade cavatelli
- 1000 g of keep plants of zucchini
- 3 tomatoes
- Hot pepper
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
