In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar; Add salt, Vanillin, 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin and lemon zest.

Gradually mix in the flour.

Got a smooth dough into balls and FRY in hot olive oil making them Brown.

Drain well and pour sugar.
