Cherries in syrup
Instructions
Cut the stalk of black cherries, about an inch from the base.
In a bowl, rinse and dry them very gently, then place in jars trying not to leave empty spaces.
Sprinkle with plenty of sugar and close tightly.
Put the jars in the Sun for about 40 days, thus the cherries and sugar to form a syrup.
Every now and then turn the jars and slightly move the armrests.
After this time, you can already enjoy or use them to garnish cakes and ice cream.
