Instructions
In a bowl, soften the butter, stir in sugar, then eggs, one at a time, stir and add the grated lemon rind, 1 pinch of salt and enough flour to make a soft dough, add the yeast.
With a spoon take balls, as big as a walnut, which will fall into the boiling oil.
As soon as the ball takes the golden brown remove and prepare it to be served with icing sugar

- 400 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 grated lemon
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Frying oil
- Icing sugar
