Amandin with almonds and oranges
Instructions
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, and beat the top with granulated sugar, getting the mixture fluffy.
Add the almonds and flour, grated zest of 1 orange and 2 juice oranges.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites, then mount them in the snow and blend the mixture prepared.
Baking paper lined a mold.
Grease the paper and, just on the walls, please adhere the almonds-Blade (keep some aside).
Pour the mixture into the mould and bake at 180 degrees already warm for about 50 minutes.
Squeeze one of the remaining oranges, collect the juice in a saucepan, add the icing sugar (except a spoon that will serve to decorate) and heat the frosting over the fire, stirring constantly, until it becomes stringy.
Put the sweet when it is cold, pour the glaze on the surface making it absorb slowly.
Garnish with slices of Orange, almond flakes and dust with icing sugar.

- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of almonds
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 50 g almond of plate
- 10 g of butter
- 4 oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
