Instructions
Crush the currants in a mortar and put it in a vase along with currant leaves and alcohol.
Close the jar tightly and let macerate the month.
Spent the time filtered and join the sugar dissolved in cold water.
At this point bottled with Cork and sealing wax and wait at least 2 months before you try this excellent liquor.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 40 degrees
- 600 g of black currant
- 6 leaflets of ribes
- 500 g of sugar
- 150 g of water
