Instructions

Put the chocolate ice cream in a pit of Praline ice cream and popsicles in another and let freeze.

Whisk the cream with one tablespoon of sugar and add the candied fruit cut into pieces.

Put this mixture in the freezer.

When all the various ingredients are frozen, lay on the bottom of a rectangular Cake Pan all over the chocolate ice cream, then a layer of Praline ice cream and still one of whipped cream, then a layer of ladyfingers soaked in rum and allow to freeze.

Before serving dip the mold in warm water for a second and then turn onto a plate.

Then pour on the melted chocolate cassata and put in freezer for 30 minutes.
