Caserecce with pumpkin
Instructions
Do raisins soaked in a cup of warm water.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and filaments and cut it into cubes.
Boil salted water and bake the pumpkin cubes for 10 minutes.
Join the home and cook al dente.
Melt the butter in a small pan and insaporitevi raisins, drained and squeezed.
Homemade drain with the pumpkin and pour into a soup tureen.
Seasoned with a generous rub of nutmeg, freshly ground pepper, raisins, pine nuts, olive oil, grated Parmesan and shredded chives.
Stir thoroughly before serving.

- 350 g of homemade type pasta barilla
- 500 g of yellow squash
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 30 g of sultanas
- Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Some wires of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
