Instructions
Knead the flour with the yeast, lard, a pinch of salt and just enough water.
Let the dough rise for an hour.
Knead dough again combining the butter, cheese and pepper.
Knead dough 5 minutes again, add the chopped salami.
Let rise 2 hours.
Arrange a donut and bake at 180 degrees about an hour.

- 30 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of salami
