Instructions
Put the meat in the oven for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile clean the cabbage, boil them and put them in a pan with lard, adding the bacon cut into pieces and frankfurters.
Add the meat to the sauce and let it cook for another 40 minutes.
Serve the meat on a tray with around cabbage and sausage.

- 1000 g of pork loin
- 200 g of bacon
- 6 frankfurters
- 1000 G = = Cabbage
- 50 g of lard
