Instructions

In a large saucepan, sauté the onions with the butter, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and crushed garlic.

Cover and let Cook for 20 minutes.

Remove the meat from the Pan and keep them warm.

Brown the rack in bottom of cooking onions, must be flushed with wine and let it cook for at least 1 hour.

Put the onions in casserole, season with salt and cook for another 20 minutes
