Hot carpaccio with arugula
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Wash, dry and chop Arugula.
Grease the plates (that can go in the oven) and sprinkle the meat, preferably in a single crossing his layer the slices as little as possible.
Emulsify the oil with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Pour the sauce over the meat and place in the oven for a few minutes.
