Carpaccio with parmesan
Instructions
Arrange the slices of meat in a dish service.
In a bowl, beat the oil with salt and pepper and pour over the meat.
Let rest in refrigerator 10 minutes.
Cut thin slices Parmesan.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator, cover with the parmesan and serve immediately.

- 400 g of flesh sliced veal
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parmigiano
