Baked carpaccio (3)
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 230° c.
Rub 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the dripping pan from the oven and arrange the meat slices, slightly overlapping each other.
Spread over meat salad, washed and cut into fine strips.
Then a thin layer of mushrooms, scraped and cut into thin slices, and serve with Parmesan flakes.
Add salt, pepper, drizzle with the remaining oil and put in the oven already warm for 10 minutes.

- 400 g of very thin beef slices
- 200 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 100 g of trevisana salad
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of grana
