Instructions
Do the butcher cut the meat into very thin slices and place them well stretched out on a serving dish.
Prepare the mayonnaise, season with a teaspoon of Worcester and a lemon juice, 3 tablespoons milk, salt, white pepper and spread it over the meat.
Accompanying wines: Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC, Colli Orientali Del Friuli Sauvignon DOC, Bianco VdT Grattamacco Di Toscana.

- 400 g of sirloin of beef
- Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
