Carp to beer
Instructions
Clean and wash thoroughly the carp, let it cook on the stove in a baking dish with a spoonful of oil, washed and chopped vegetables and grated stale sandwich.
Remove from heat and cover, add salt and cook in the oven with the lid.
Once cooked, remove the CARP from the baking dish and keep warm.
You reduce the cooking sauce on the stove and then pass through a sieve, add a bit of butter, mix well and pour it on the carp at the moment to bring to the table.

- 1 1500 g carp
- 3 onions
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 stale milk sandwich
- Beer
- 1 bit of butter
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
