Take a saucepan, put the CARP well cold washed and squamata with oregano and salt spray of white wine.
Flip a pan of the same diameter, but lower and support it as a kind of lid, upside down, so that it gets forming inside a constant heat, called oven effect.
Cook for 20 minutes.
