Instructions

Clean the carrots and cut them into rings.

Melt the butter in a little oil, then add the carrots, season with salt and cover with water.

Cook in covered container, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

Half-cooked add the wine.

Towards the end add chopped parsley.

Carrots should be very tender.

Serve hot.
