Instructions

Scrape the carrots, wash them, cut them into slices and weigh them together.

Place in saucepan, cover them with twice the weight of broth and cook and plan discovered until all the broth evaporated (about 40 minutes).

Finally add the butter and melt, then add the salt and ground pepper.

Mix well and serve.
