Tuna stuffed carrots
Instructions
Scrape the carrots, wash and dry them.
Cut out the most fine capillary and spuntatene the other end.
Svuotatele using a svuotazucchine.
Drain tuna and finely tritatelo.
Join the handful of bread crumbs soaked and wrung out well, a tiny bit of chopped parsley.
Stuffed carrots with this dough.
Place the carrots in a pan and stuffed into a single layer, one alongside the other, cover with the tomato sauce, washed down with oil and sprinkle with the garlic clove finely chopped and washed away.
Cover and cook the carrots in oven at medium heat until the sauce is thickened and the carrot pulp is tender.

- 1000 g of carrots
- 100 g of tuna
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Liquid tomato sauce
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
