Sweet carrots
Instructions
Wash the raisins and put in warm water for about half an hour.
In the meantime wash the carrots, dry them and cut them into rings.
Slice the onions and place them in a saucepan with oil along with the carrots, thyme and bay leaf, a pinch of salt; Cook very moderate focus and pan covered for about 15 minutes.
Add the drained raisins and leave still on fire for 5 minutes.
Before serving mix the almonds, skinned and chopped.

- 600 g of carrots
- 300 g of new onions
- 150 g of sultanas
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 10 almonds
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
