Raw carrots to yoghurt
Instructions
Clean carrots and use very fine.
Place in a shallow bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
Attach to the carrots chopped nuts walnuts and raisins is finding and season with salt and pepper.
Separately mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and olive oil and pour the sauce over the carrots.
Let rest before serving.
