Instructions

In a pot put the lard and dorateci the onions and diced Bacon; then add the carrots cut into pieces and leave on the fire for 10 minutes.

Add a glass of water, salt, pepper, thyme and Bay leaves.

Simmer for 45 minutes and then served sprinkling with chopped parsley.
