Braised carrots celery
Instructions
Scrape, wash and dry the carrots.
Cut into thin slices.
Wash and cut celery into small pieces.
Peel the onions.
Melt the butter and oil in a pan and start to Brown the onions, then the pieces of celery; Finally, add the carrots.
Add salt, pepper, chopped and sprinkled with Rosemary soaked with two tablespoons of hot water.
Cover and simmer over low for about 40 minutes moving the Pan from time to time.
Remove the lid, sprinkled with cinnamon, mix, pour over the dish and serve.
