Instructions

Scrape, wash and cut carrots into rings.

Put them in a pan with the butter, 3 tablespoons oil, garlic, sliced and 1 glass of water.

Cover and cook over medium heat.

Wash, dry and chop the parsley and add to carrots after 15 minutes; Add salt, pepper and bring to boiling.
