Instructions

Wash and scrape carrots, cut them into slices and scottatele with a little salt.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the carrots, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar.

Let it finish cooking.

Place the carrots on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley and hard boiled egg.
