Carrots a scapece
Instructions
Boil the whole carrots in salted boiling water to 2/3 of the cooking time.
Cut into 1/2 slices and toss in a pan that has been done in some oil Brown garlic with chili.
Remove garlic and add vinegar and fresh oregano.
Evaporate.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of carrots
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Hot pepper
- 1 handful of fresh oregano
- Some cloves of garlic
- Sea salt
