Instructions
Take a nice chunk of meat and Brown well in the butter, add the broth a little at a time and add salt and continue cooking over low heat for at least 70 minutes then add a glass of milk and some flour.
Before serving, cut into slices and add cooking sauce juice of two lemons.

- 600 g of veal tender flesh
- 80 g of butter
- 1 glass of milk
- 50 cl of meat broth
- 2 lemons (juice)
- White flour
- Salt
