Instructions
Cook the onion in the oil, without letting it Brown, possibly by adding a little water; Add the other vegetables, salt and pepper.
Then add meat, Saute, then add water and cook for about 1 hour and 1/2.
When the meat is cooked, remove from pan, pass the vegetables, add the sour cream that has been mixed with two tablespoons of flour, a little water, possibly salt and boil again.
At the end you put back the meat in the sauce and serve with the bread balls.
Balls: is mixed of stale white bread crumbs with flour, oil, water, salt.
Form with hands of the balls (as a rather large meatballs) that they baking in boiling salted water.
