Cardi in trays
Instructions
Trim away the root and tough ribs of thistles and cut other pieces.
Lift up the strands and put the Thistles in a bowl with cold water acidulated with a few drops of lemon to which you will add a tablespoon of flour to prevent blackening.
Drain, Pat dry, and arrange in layers in a baking dish greased with butter.
Wash, Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop coarsely.
Pour on Thistles, and sprinkle with the parmesan and butter flakes.
Add salt, pepper to taste and place the baking dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about twenty minutes.
Accommodate the dish, baked on the serving dish and serve.

- 1000 g of cardi
- 60 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tomatoes
- Lemon juice
- Little of flour
