Cardi in salad
Instructions
Clean the thistle, cut the ribs into pieces of about five centimeters, remove any filaments and boil them in salted water, causing them to simmer for approximately three quarters of an hour.
Meanwhile hard boil the eggs, let them cool, asgusciatele and chop.
Drain the pieces of thistle, dry on a kitchen towel and collect them in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle them with hard-boiled eggs and chopped fresh parsley.
In a pan heat a few tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of insaporitevi breadcrumbs, stirring quickly.
At the end should be grainy and golden.
Pour the flan mixture.
Let the dish rest for a few minutes, and serve.
