Instructions
Wash, trim and Parboil Thistles.
Prepare the batter.
Put on fire the peanut oil, pass the Thistles in the batter and fry them.

- 25 cl of peanut oil
- Parmigiano
- For the batter:
- 25 cl of mineral water
- 30 g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
