Put the artichokes in acidulated water, after removing the hard leaves, stalks and tips.
Add the crumbled bread crumbs with salt, garlic, parsley and oil.
With 3/4 of it fill the artichokes.
Place in casserole, season with salt, irrorarli with oil and add water to almost cover them.
Cover and cook slowly, joining at the end of cooking the remaining breadcrumbs to the fluid.
