Instructions
Clean the artichokes and boil them in water and lemon juice.
Drain them and let them dry.
In a work Bowl the ricotta cheese, egg yolk, chopped Bacon, salt and pepper.
Distribute the mixture inside the artichokes.
Pass the first artichokes in beaten egg with a pinch of salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange in a greased baking dish, irrorarli oil and cook in hot oven at 210 degrees until golden will (about 10 minutes).
