Stuffed Artichokes (Carciofi Ripieni)
Instructions
Chop the meat with prosciutto, mushrooms found in warm water, garlic, parsley, onion and Parmesan; to mix, add salt, pepper and fill with this compound artichokes cleaned and dug in the Center.
Cook in a pan with oil, pour a little water, cover and bring to a simmer.
