Instructions

Put the artichokes in acidulated water after they have been freed of the hard leaves, and stem tips.

Shelling peas and braise them for a few minutes in oil with Cumin seeds and salt.

Drizzle with the crumb crumbled with salt, chopped parsley, olive oil and fill artichokes.

Combine peas, add water to almost cover and cook slowly.
