Artichokes in bellavista
Instructions
Place the bread crumbs in a large bowl, add the parsley and chives, finely chopped, and two water anchovies, de-boned and mince.
Mix the ingredients carefully, add the necessary salt and ground pepper, then dilute the mixture with two tablespoons of olive oil, so that it is rather dry.
Clean the artichokes: stem and give them the toughest outer leaves, cut them in half to remove the plugs and pareggiatene the base so they can remain upright with ease.
Carefully wash the vegetables, then spread the leaves, remove the Hay inside, using a spoon, and place in the Center a tablespoon of the mixture prepared.
Align the artichokes in a baking dish, pour within this the rest of the oil, wet vegetables with a glass of water and put over the Diced Bacon.
Cook the preparation in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, then baked and served immediately.

- 100 g of bacon (sliced from 100 g)
