Artichokes and potatoes
Instructions
Peel the artichokes, remove the hard leaves and tips, cut in 8 wedges put them to soak in water with lemon juice.
Peel, wash and slice the potatoes.
Grease a cake tin, sprinkle of breadcrumbs, you have layered the artichokes and potatoes, drained by deploying on each layer the chopped parsley and garlic, a little oil, salt and pepper, and squirting water.
Continue until exhaustion ingredients, ending with breadcrumbs and oil.
Put in oven at 220 degrees for three quarters of an hour.
Serve.
And an excellent cold dish.
