Crispy artichokes (2)
Instructions
Peel and cut the artichokes into wedges.
Chop the garlic and allow it to Brown in 4 tablespoons oil, add the artichokes, parsley, salt and pepper.
Let stand for a few minutes, then flush with hot water and bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and Parmesan with artichokes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes more lively.

- 2 cloves of garlic
