Instructions

Clean the artichokes by removing the first toughest outer leaves and cutting them in order to get the hearts of 2 cm in height.

Sauté chopped garlic and parsley with 1/2 cup of oil, place the artichokes and let them stand for 5 minutes, then wet them with a glass of broth and cook and plan covered for about 30 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and, if necessary, add more broth.
