Instructions
Clean the artichokes well tornendo bottom and immediately immerse them in water and lemon to prevent blackening.
Chop the Mint and mix with salt, pepper, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Drain artichokes and place in Center of each dough a bit.
In a bowl put the other 3 tablespoons of oil and the artichokes upside down.
Cover one half with water and simmer gently.
When they are soft raised the flame to restrict the gravy.
Serve immediately.

- 10 artichokes
- 10 leaves of mint
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
