Artichokes "Alla Pizzaiola"
Instructions
Cut the artichokes into thin slices and dip them in salted water with the juice of one lemon.
Drain and heat for 7 minutes in boiling salted water.
Prepare the tomato sauce, sauté the chopped onion with the veil, adding the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Grease with oil the bottom of a baking dish, put a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of artichokes and cover with more tomato.
Put over the diced mozzarella, a sprinkling of oregano and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
