Deviled artichokes
Instructions
Put in a bowl chopped capers, parsley and garlic, then add the breadcrumbs soaked in milk and season with oil, salt and pepper.
Clean the artichokes, boil them for 10 minutes in salted water, fill them with the mixture, place them in a baking dish, season with salt, and pepper, sprinkle with oil, bake and serve crisp.

- 50 g of breadcrumbs

- 1 sprig of parsley
