Artichokes with egg (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into wedges.
Boil Them.
In a saucepan melt the butter soft flame.
Add 4 egg yolks, well beaten and, stirring constantly, gradually pour the milk flush so that the mixture remains creamy.
Collect warm artichokes in a dish, season with lemon juice and chopped parsley, pour the egg mixture and serve immediately.

- 8 artichokes
- 40 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 10 cl of milk
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 lemon
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
